Empowerment coaching Gender Identity group will help teens explore gender identity. Teens will engage in conversations related to internal challenges. The class will assist Middle Schooler to learning skills and strategies to assist with increasing confidence, responsibilty, integrity, gender idenity, peer pressure and self acceptance. 
 
This class will teach teens techniques to manage mild anxiety and symptoms of depression.

The session requires a 16 week commitment. Durantion March 9 -June 29, 2022
 
The fee is $250 per month whcih includes 4 sessions per month.  The class requires an inital session for new clients and a $50 materials fee. 
 
Price INCUDES one time $50 materials fee. Initial consultation session not included
