Empowerment coaching Gender Identity group will help teens explore gender identity. Teens will engage conversations related to internal challenges.  This class will assist High Schooler with learning skills and strategies to assist with increasing confidence, responsibilty, integrity, gender idenity, peer pressure and self acceptance. 
 
This class will teach teens techniques to manage mild anxiety and symptoms of depression.

The session requires a 16 week commitment. Durantion March 10 -June 30, 2022
 
The fee is $250 per month whcih includes 4 sessions per month.  The class requires an inital session for new clients and a $50 materials fee.
