Courage, Understanding & A Peace-of- Mind
Hello my name is Latoya Boston. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and founder of Real Moms Live. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents and their families conquer unique challenges. I understand you or your family may be navigating many challenging situations such as COVID related anxiety, secondary trauma due to media exposure, ADHD, depression, gender identity, divorce and or social justice concerns.
Over the last 21 years, I have been dedicated to providing services to empower mental wellness. As we settle into a new year, the most unique year we've collectively experienced, it's become clear that children, adolescents and families may require additional support.
My colleagues and I offer an array of services which include Individual & Family Counseling, Group & Couples Counseling, Anger Management and Empowerment Coaching.
As a therapist, I help families restructure circumstances. My work is about healing; embracing life & sharing experiences. Regardless the circumstance, I help families create a safe space to explore and identify strategies to reduce challenges.
I welcome you into the Real Moms Live community. I invite you to be apart of our network. I believe mental wellness is imperative to achieving goals and dreams. Please let me know how I can help!
